I specialize in Weight Loss because I have found it is one of the most rewarding applications of Hypnosis.
My approach is a holistic one, addressing emotional eating, food cravings, and helping you handle the stress in your life that may be causing your body to hold onto the fat. What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a naturally relaxed state of mind. Everyone has experienced some form of hypnosis in their life. This is commonly referred to as being in a trance, where you tune out anything you are not focused on. It could be when you’re concentrating on a task, driving while absorbed in your thoughts, reading a good book, or watching a gripping movie.
